How we achieve a controlled environment for you to Pack or Fill Aseptically. We prevent the entry of airborne particulate matter  by means of a HEPA Air Filtration system designed to specifically suit your room configuration. We select a air handling system that  meet the correct performance criteria for air changes and room pressure gradients in specific rooms.   And is capable of removing successfully any particulates that may be generated within the room. We restrict the generation of airborne particulates by constructing the internal room cladding with non shedding materials that are coved at each wall edge for easy cleaning   We protect the product from impact and settling of particulate matter that is extremely small in size and remains airborne for a longer duration of time. This is achieved by fitting a Class 3.5 Laminar Air Flow Work Zone within the room We provide a area for cleaning of parts and personnel prior to entering into the Clean room.
